- Letter of Good Standing (COIDA / WCA)
- Active Tracking / Telematics Confirmation
3. Vehicle & Fleet Compliance
- Vehicle Registration Certificates (RC1 / Logbooks)
- Valid Fleet License Discs (All Horse & Trailers)
- COF Certificates (Certificate of Fitness)
- DeKra / Roadworthy Certificates
- Fleet Specification Sheet & Asset List
4. Driver Compliance
- Valid Driver’s License (Code EC / Code 14)
- Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
- Clear Copy of Driver ID / Passport
- Valid Work Permit (If Non-South African)
- Medical Fitness Certificate
